The First Responder Community (FRC) [Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Paramedics and Rescuers] provides Aged Care and Rehabilitation Facilities for all First Responders including volunteers.
Description
- Processing census, membership and client data onto the Firstnetau Website.
- Invoicing
- Phone management
- Maintaining files and documentation
- Following policies and procedures
- Liaising with members, management, and other stakeholders
Profile
- Prior experiencing working in a similar role
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- High level of confidentiality and commercial in confidence

National Emergency Response Census (NERC) – Equipment and Services
The NERC is a program to collect, update and amalgamate data on all available equipment and services for use in any emergency across the country in to a national data repository. This information provides First Responders with a register of existing emergency vehicles, equipment, services, trained personnel, and locations of resources and providers.
